Samsung Introduces Large Capacity Bespoke AI Washing Machines

Samsung has introduced a new line of 12 Kg front-load washing machines in India. These machines come with AI-powered capabilities that aim to enhance laundry convenience and efficiency.
The new washing machines use AI Wash technology, which regulates water and detergent based on fabric weight and filth level. The Auto Dispense feature automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent and fabric softener per load.
One of the features is the AI Energy Mode, which can be accessed using the SmartThings App. This mode allows customers to monitor and adjust their energy consumption, potentially reducing their electricity bills by up to 70 per cent. It provides extensive information about daily, weekly and monthly energy usage and recommends ways to save if prices exceed a predetermined budget.
Users may also control their laundry remotely using SmartThings Clothing Care, which allows them to create and save custom wash cycles, and SmartThings Going Out mode, which sends notifications to reschedule or manage laundry while away from home.
The machines have a SuperSpeed option that reduces the wash duration to 39 minutes, Q-Bubble technology for thorough cleaning, Speed Spray for effective rinsing and a Less Microfiber cycle that reduces microplastic release by up to 54 per cent. Hygiene Steam is another feature that offers to remove 99.9 per cent of bacteria and allergies.
These machines have a modern design and construction, are backed by a 20-year motor guarantee and use Digital Inverter Technology for better energy efficiency and silent operation. The washing machines are available in a variety of colours and cost between Rs 52,990 and Rs 74,990.
