The Samsung Galaxy S25 will make its debut early next year, following in the footsteps of its predecessor, the Galaxy S24. Recent leaks have revealed additional design features and measurements for the regular Galaxy S25, indicating some slight but noticeable modifications. The phone is likely to be unveiled with its larger equivalents, the Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra, in January 2025.
According to tipster Steve H.McFly (@OnLeaks) and AndroidHeadlines, the leaked design renders of the Samsung Galaxy S25 show a design that is strikingly similar to the Galaxy S24. The updated model has significantly smaller bezels and larger rings surrounding the rear camera lenses. The rear panel houses three vertically aligned camera sensors in the top left corner, along with an LED flash.
The Galaxy S25's flat display is believed to be 6.17 inches, maybe marketed as a 6.2-inch screen. The phone's design features ultra-slim, consistent bezels and a centred hole-punch cut-out for the front camera. The volume rocker and power button will be on the device's right side, with a USB Type-C port and a speaker grille on the bottom edge.
The Galaxy S25's dimensions have been quoted at 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2mm, making it marginally smaller than its predecessor, the Galaxy S24, which measures 147 x 70.6 x 7.6mm.
The Samsung Galaxy S25, along with the Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra, is expected to be introduced in the week of 13 January 2025. The phone's performance is expected to be driven by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoCs or Samsung's in-house Exynos 2500 processor.
