Bengaluru based Telco SaaS startup Aprecomm is gearing up to disrupt the global market, fuelled by the recent funding round. The company has expanded its footprint across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Europe, and most recently, Latin America through a strategic partnership with OpenGlobe.
Founded in 2016, Aprecomm has witnessed a significant growth, managing a staggering five million customer premises devices and over 25 million connected devices presently, up from a mere one million just two years ago.
The company's platform automatically detects and resolves network issues, significantly reducing downtime and enhancing the overall user experience. This proactive approach enables telecom operators to manage their networks more efficiently, reduce customer churn, and optimise performance, which in turn boosts Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
“Our technology is a game-changer,” asserts Pramod Gummaraj, Founder of Aprecomm. “As networks become increasingly complex, traditional management methods are falling short. Our platform proactively identifies and resolves network issues, minimising downtime and maximising user satisfaction. This translates to reduced customer churn and higher revenue for telcos.”
With a clear vision for growth, Aprecomm is focused on penetrating emerging markets where it believes its cost-effective and agile solutions help penetrate newer markets. “The global telco SaaS landscape is ripe with opportunity,” said Gummaraj. “As the industry continues to evolve, the demand for innovative solutions that address network management, customer retention and service optimization will only grow stronger. We believe Aprecomm is well-positioned to capitalise on this trend and become a global leader.”
“The global telecom space will undergo significant transformation, driven by advancements in technology and the increasing demand for seamless connectivity. The future of the telecom industry lies in intelligent, automated solutions that can adapt to the ever-changing needs of consumers and businesses. Aprecomm is at the forefront of this shift, and we believe our technology will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of network management” he said.
