Last weekend saw the colorful gathering of comic artists, geeks, nerds and cos players at the Comic Con Delhi that was held from 4-6 December 2015 at the NSIC grounds in Okhla. “Now in its fifth year, Comic Con Delhi was the biggest event we have organized till now,” said its founder Jatin Varma who founded Comic Con India in 2011. Last year, this property was bought over by the global event organizing company Reed Exhibitions that owns popular culture events such as New York Comic Con and Oz Comic Con amongst others. Apart from Comic Con India, Varma is also the founder of the alternative media company Twenty Onwards Media that organises the least prestigious awards Golden Kela Awards.
