The State Bank of India (SBI) on Monday informed about the resignation of Charanjit Surinder Singh Attra its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
SBI in its filing to stock exchanges confirmed accepting Attra’s resignation with effect from the closing of business hours on 30 June 2023.
In another filing, the state-owned bank mentioned the appointment of four directors on the bank's central board for a period of three years.
It underlined that two of the directors, Mrugank Madhukar Paranjape and Ketan Shivji Vikamsey have been re-elected for the post.
Subsequently, Rajesh Kumar Dubey and Dharmendra Singh Shekhawat are the other new directors, SBI added.
