Hyundai Motor India monthly domestic sales rose 23 per cent to 43,651 units in November 2015, vis-a-vis 35,511 units in November 2014. The company's exports in November, 2015, however, declined 25.4 per cent to 14,010 units as against 18,779 units in the same period last year.
"Hyundai achieved cumulative 4 million domestic sales milestone with strong performance of 43,651 units this month, growing by 23 per cent over last year, on the strength of strong demand for its new age youthful product portfolio, led by CRETA, i20, Grand i10 and good festive season," said HMIL senior vice-president (sales and marketing) Rakesh Srivastava.
New launches helped Ford India's domestic sales to touch 8,773 units last month, up 54.97 per cent from 5,661 units a year ago. November domestic wholesales rose 55 per cent to 8,773 vehicles against 5,661 units in the same month last year. Ford India launched three new models in recent months, the Figo Aspire, the all new Ford Figo and the new EcoSport.

However, Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) reported a 3.61 per cent decline in its domestic sales at 14,712 units in November. It had sold 15,263 units in the same month last year.
Sales of Honda Cars India declined 3.61 per cent during November 2015. Domestic sales during the past month declined with 14,712 units sold as against 15,263 units sold in November 2014.
November saw Honda City sedan as the most popular car with 6,342 units sold. Besides the Honda City, Honda Amaze was also in demand with 4,106 units sold while the company sold 3,367 units of Jazz hatchback, 461 units of Brio and 393 units of Honda Mobilio MPV besides 43 units of Honda CRV. Exports of Honda Cars India stood at 120 units in November 2015.
For Honda, cumulative domestic sales for the period April-November 2015 stood at 1,32,095 units, as against 1,16,705 units sold in the same period last year.
