Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has announced a price cut on its Honor 8 Lite smartphone. Launched earlier this year at a price of Rs 17,999, Honor 8 Lite is now available at Rs 15,999 in India.
To recall, Honor 8 Lite runs on company’s custom ROM EMUI 5.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. It is powered by Huawei’s Kirin 655 Octa-core processor coupled with 4GB RAM. The handset has 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB through hybrid dual-SIM configuration.
Honor 8 Lite features a 5.2-inch full HD (1920x1080) display with 2.5D curved glass. It sports a 12-megapixel rear camera with PDAF and LED flash. On the front is an 8-megapixels selfie-camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Honor 8 Lite is backed by a 3000mAh battery which the company claims can give you 93 hours of use. The handset has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor which can unlock it in 0.3 seconds. It comes in blue and black colour.
Honor 8 Lite measures 147.20x72.94x7.60mm and weigh 147 grams. Connectivity options are – Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, micro USB, 4G VoLTE, 3.5mm audio-jack, and GPS.
The device comes with 15-month service warranty along with Honor’s door pickup & drop after sale facilities.
