Amazfit has officially declared the debut of smart ring Helio, in India. The Helio Ring, first unveiled at CES 2024, is set to join the Indian market shortly, with a product page currently up on the Amazfit India website. Although no precise release date has been disclosed, the ring is advertised at a tentative price of Rs 35,000.
The ring, available in two sizes, 10 and 12, has a sleek titanium alloy design and a 10 ATM water resistance certification. It has a variety of health and fitness trackers, including the BioTracker PPG heart rate sensor, temperature sensor and EDA sensor, which detects physical and mental stress via sweat gland activity. The device can also monitor sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, body temperature and menstrual periods.
The battery life of this gadget is expected to last up to four days, and the ring allows wireless charging. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity allows for smooth interaction with the Zepp App, which is compatible with Android 7.0 and above and iOS 14.0 and above. It also supports third-party health apps like as Strava, Google Fit and Apple Health.
The ring’s debut was confirmed by Amazfit's CP Khandelwal on an X post that had a teaser poster of the ring in the same Titanium colour as the worldwide variant.
