The national carrier, Air India will start operating its second flight to Dehradun from national capital, New Delhi, from 1 January 2016 (Friday).
This will be a tri-weekly flight on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and Air India will deploy a 70 seater CRJ-700 aircraft for the purpose.
Air India already operates a daily ATR flight to Dehradun from Delhi.
Flight AI-9807 will depart from Delhi at 12:30 pm and will reach Dehradun at 13:15 pm. The return flight AI 9808 will take off from Dehradun at 13:45 pm and land in Delhi at 14:30 pm on the same day.
Meanwhile, Air India has also decided to shift operation of its Kochi-Sharjah flight to Kochi and Dubai from 11 January 2016.
The flight AI-933 will leave Kochi at 09:35 am and will reach Dubai at 12:35 pm (local time). On the return leg, flight AI-934 will leave Dubai at 13:30 pm (local time) and arrive Kochi at 19:10 pm (local time).
