Samsung Galaxy On6 With Infinity Display Launched In India: Specifications, Price

Samsung is on a launch spree in India, they have launched their new affordable smartphone Samsung Galaxy On6 in India. Samsung Galaxy On6 price in India is set for Rs 14,490, it will compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, Oppo Realme 1, and Moto G6 among others. 

This is Samsung’s sixth smartphone launch within a couple of months’ time after thelaunch of Galaxy A and J series. Since Xiaomi has taken the market share of affordable smartphone in India, Samsung aims to strengthen its position in this segment with the addition of Galaxy On6.  

The new Samsung Galaxy On6 will go on sale from July 5, it will be exclusively available through Flipkart and Samsung online shop. 

Launch offers include Rs 2,750 cashback offer from Reliance Jio, no cost EMI starting from Rs 1,610 and Flipkart’s mobile protection plan at Rs 49.

Samsung Galaxy On6 Specifications

Samsung Galaxy On6 runs on Android 8.0 Oreo and powered by 1.6GHz Exynos 7870 octa-core processor. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB through MicroSD card. 

The handset features a 5.6-inches HD+ (1480x720) Super AMOLED Infinity display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio. Galaxy On6 sports a 13-megapixels rear camera with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. For snapping selfies, there is an 8-megapixels camera with f/1.9 aperture, LED flash, selfie focus and Beauty mode. 

For security, there is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature. The dual-SIM handset is backed by a 3,000mAh battery. It comes with features like Samsung Pay Mini, Galaxy video and chat over video. 

Samsung Galaxy On6 measures 149.3 x 70.2 x 8.2mm and weighs 153 grams. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, 4G VoLTE, 3.5mm audio-jack, Location and Micro-USB.
