Today (December 14) is the 91st birth anniversary of Raj Kapoor. The Showman of Bollywood, had acted, produced and directed more than 70 films. He was the recipient of Filmfare Awards, the Padma Bhushan in 1971 and the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 1987 and even twice nominated for the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival for Awaara (1951) and Boot Polish (1954). Time magazine ranked his performance in Awaara as one of the top 10 greatest performances of all time. Last weekend saw the colorful gathering of comic artists, geeks, nerds and cos players at the Comic Con Delhi that was held from 4-6 December 2015 at the NSIC grounds in Okhla. “Now in its fifth year, Comic Con Delhi was the biggest event we have organized till now,” said its founder Jatin Varma who founded Comic Con India in 2011.
