I’m motivated a lot by biographies/autobiographies. Some that have left their mark on me are; Broken Music by Sting, Open by Andre Agassi, Autobiography of a Yogi by Parmahansa Yogananda.

There are quite a few places on that list! I haven’t been to Sedona and really want to go there someday.

Given my love for the high altitudes- an Eagle. I’ve also heard that eagles can spot and target their prey from a very long distance. I relate to that in the sense that I’m really focused on identifying my goals and moving towards achieving them.

Luck or Hard Work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful person?
Different people define success in different ways. Having said that, I feel that no matter how lucky you are, without putting in the work you can’t find real success.
One best decision you ever made.
To leave a successful band that was on the rise to study music and work on developing my craft even though it meant starting my career all over again after a few years.
A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in personal or professional life.
I follow my intuition and so far it has led me in the right direction.
Whose advice do you seek when in dilemma?
For financial advice, I turn to my father and for life-related advice, my mother. My wife Megha is my creative and business advisor. My childhood friend Parvez is my go-to person for any issue I’m facing and he’s always been a pillar of support.
What has been your biggest achievement?
It’s yet to come!
One thing that you want to change in yourself.
Sometimes I get impatient when things don’t move as quickly as I’d like them to and when people don’t deliver. I’m trying to be more patient with people and situations.
