Vivo has launched the all-new Vivo X60 series of flagship smartphones in India. The X60 series consists of the X60, X60 Pro and X60 Pro+. This time, Vivo has collaborated with ZEISS to provide a better mobile photography experience through its X60 series.
The X60 series 5G integrates the ZEISS expertise in mobile imaging to culminate better software and hardware capabilities. According to the company, the combined optical lenses, sensors, image processing algorithms, and diverse multi-modal features allow users to enjoy camera technologies that were previously only limited to professional photographers.
The X60 series sports a 6.56-inch flexible Ultra O Screen containing a 3.96mm front camera punch-hole centered at the top with ultra-narrow bezels. Moreover, Vivo X60 series features a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz response rate along with HDR10+, SGS Eye Care Display, SGS Seamless and Hi-Res Audio.
Under the hood, the Vivo X60 Pro+ runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G Mobile Platform, while the rest of the X60 series is fitted out with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. The X60 Pro and X60 Pro+ are paired with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 3GB virtual RAM. On the Other hand, X60 comes mated with 8GB RAM/ 12GB RAM options.
Coming to Optics, the X60 Pro+ comes with a quad-camera design with four rear cameras (50MP + 48MP + 32MP + 8MP), while the X60 Pro model has three rear cameras (48MP + 13MP + 13MP), as well as a 32MP front camera. The ZEISS logo has been emblazoned on the lens, while the ZEISS Vario-Tessar trademark is engraved beneath the cameras.
Additionally, Vivo has worked on its existing Gimbal Stabilization and introduced Gimbal Stabilization 2.0. to the X60 Pro+ and X60 Pro. Moreover, the X60 Pro+ is even equipped with an Ultra-Wide Gimbal Camera. On the flip side, X60 boasts a 48MPSony IMX 598 sensor lens (without gimbal stabilization) and the rest of the module is the same as of X60 Pro.
Both the X60 Pro+ and X60 get a 4200mAh (TYP) battery supports 55W FlashCharge technology and 33W FlashCharge technology respectively. On the other hand, X60 gets a 4300mAh (TYP) battery with 33W Flash charge support.
The X60 Pro+ comes with a premium soft vegan leather wrap in a stunning Emperor Blue color, whereas X60Pro and X60 variant will be available in two color options— Midnight Black and Shimmer Blue. Priced at INR 37,990 (X60 8+128GB), INR 41,990 (X60 12+256GB), INR 49,990 (X60 Pro 12+256GB) and INR 69,990 (X60 Pro+ 12+256GB) all four variants will be available starting 2nd April 2021 on Vivo India E-store, Amazon.in, Flipkart, and other major e-commerce websites along with offline partner retail stores across India.
