Sarbvir Singh Appointed As Joint Group CEO Of PB Fintech
In a strategic move that underlines the company's commitment to leadership continuity and growth, Sarbvir Singh has been appointed as the Executive Director designated as Joint Group Chief Executive Officer of PB Fintech, effective from 26 August 2023.
Sarbvir Singh's journey to the position of Joint Group Chief Executive Officer has been shaped by a rich and diverse professional background. Formerly a Non-Executive Director of the Company, he also served as the President of Policybazaar Insurance Brokers, a subsidiary of the Company. His impressive educational profile includes an integrated master's degree in Mathematics and computer applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Singh brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously held significant leadership positions. Notably, he served as the Managing Partner of WaterBridge Capital Management LLP and as the Managing Director of Capital18, a division of the renowned Network18 group. He demonstrated expertise across various domains positions him to steer PB Fintech towards continued success and innovation.
The formal approval of Sarbvir Singh's appointment by members during the Annual General Meeting will solidify his pivotal role in shaping the future of PB Fintech.
