Qualcomm Technologie introduced the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform at a media event in New Delhi. This platform incorporates functionalities from the Snapdragon 8 series, targeting premium mobile experiences. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform will be featured in the upcoming POCO F6, making it one of the first smartphones in India to utilise this technology.
The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform prioritises on-device generative AI, always-sensing ISP technology, hyper-realistic mobile gaming, exceptional connectivity and high-fidelity lossless audio. The platform is compatible with a wide range of AI models, including popular large language models like Baichuan-7B, Llama 2 and Gemini Nano.
