HDFC Bank is set to disclose its financial results for the September quarter today, following its merger with Housing Development Finance Corp. Analysts' estimates compiled by a media house suggest that the private lender might report a net profit of Rs 14,120.2 crore with revenue reaching Rs 37,049.4 crore for the quarter under review.
According to the bank's Q2 update, its CASA ratio as of 30 September was 37.6 per cent, marking a decrease of 780 basis points compared to the same period in the previous year. This information is based on provisional figures as per an exchange filing.
Additionally, The Federal Bank is also scheduled to announce its second-quarter results on Monday. It is expected to report a net profit of approximately Rs 862.8 crore, with revenue estimated at Rs 2,740.4 crore, as per consensus estimates.
ICICI Securities is another entity that is expected to reveal its second-quarter results. The estimated figures suggest a net profit of Rs 307.6 crore and revenue of Rs 962.6 crore for this period.
On the same day, several other companies will also release their results, including Jio Financial Services, Bank of Maharashtra, Jai Balaji Industries, Choice International, Tinplate Company Of India, PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery, Yatra Online, Oriental Hotels and Nelco.
