The report revealed that Mumbai experienced an impressive surge, with over 45,000 job opportunities being posted on apna.co alone. This surge underscores the city's robust employment landscape and its undeniable appeal to professionals seeking new and promising career prospects.

Mumbai's job market is brimming with diverse opportunities across various sectors. With a job post appearing every 5 minutes, industries such as Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and HR & Admin are actively recruiting talent to drive their growth. The number of employers in Mumbai also witnessed a remarkable 30 per cent increase in the first half of 2023, with approximately 10,000 new employers joining the platform compared to the same period last year.

This surge in employer participation further underscores the city's expanding business ecosystem and the growing demand for skilled professionals. Notably, the apna.co platform attracted nearly 2,50,000 new job seekers actively seeking employment opportunities in Mumbai.
