Lepasa has announced the launch of India’s first Real Estate platform with Pixel Streaming Technology.
The 3D pixel streaming is an upcoming technology offering realistic experience in real estate in the metaverse. Utilising this technology Lepasa is building and imitating real-time experience while building an ecosystem where people can come and experience their experience centres in Lepasa metaverse.
“We are excited to announce that Lepasa is launching India’s first Real Estate platform in Metaverse with Pixel Streaming Technology . Virtual lands are envisioned as spaces where anyone can go and hang out with their friends via a monitor or through their virtual reality headset. On this front, enthusiasts expect metaverse real estate properties to support virtual structures, where users can build whatever they'd like. But contrary to the fact most of the existing options are either low poly, cartoonish, or tokenized games. It is difficult to think of a real, immersive experience in the current scenario”, said Alok Joshi, Co-founder at Lepasa Metaverse.
Lepasa is a planned metaverse, with real-life use cases, real estate replicas and digital twins (digital replicas of real-world possessions). It is laying the foundation for the immensely potential digital asset-based ecosystem for content creators, businesses and consumers by developing a decentralised virtual world with numerous revenue generation opportunities. The platform is expected to go live in Q4 this year.
