Kotak Mahindra Bank Names Akansha Sriram As VP For HR

Following the appointment of Ashok Vaswani as CEO and Anupam Kaura as CHRO, Kotak Mahindra Bank welcomed Akansha Sriram as VP-HR.

Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Akansha expressed her enthusiasm, stating, "I'm pleased to begin a new role as Vice President - Human Resources, Vertical HR RM - Priority, NR, CEC, RL - HO at Kotak Mahindra Bank."

Akansha transitioned to Kotak Mahindra Bank from her previous role at Piramal Capital and Housing Finance. Her professional journey includes stints at DHFL, Network 18 Media and Investment, Zee Entertainment Enterprises and Jet Airways, where she held various positions.

With over 13 years of experience, Akansha is dedicated to cultivating highly effective workforces. Her expertise spans developing and implementing strategic HR policies aligned with business growth, collaborating with diverse international teams, and driving business performance through HR-driven strategies.
