Infosys has announced a strategic five-year partnership with Sector Alarm, a prominent European security provider backed by private equity.
The collaboration will overhaul Sector Alarm's core enterprise business systems, migrating their on-premises ERP platform to the cloud using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). The move is expected to modernise the company's financial and business operations, enhancing efficiency and integration with existing CRM platforms.
The phased implementation will be rolled out across eight European countries, including Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy and France. By leveraging Infosys' digital transformation expertise and its cloud adoption framework, Infosys Cobalt, the partnership seeks to streamline business processes, improve customer and employee experiences, and reduce the overall cost of ownership.
Sector Alarm, partially owned by global investment firm KKR, brings significant experience in cloud-powered ERP transformation and next-generation application management services. This expertise, combined with Infosys' capabilities, is expected to deliver substantial business insights and operational improvements for the security provider.
“By leveraging cloud-based ERP and CRM solutions and our long-term partnership with Microsoft, we are looking forward to empowering Sector Alarm with a robust IT platform to achieve their ambitious growth. With this key win, we are well poised to establish ourselves as a trusted partner in the European security systems market,” said Jasmeet Singh, EVP and global head of manufacturing, Infosys.
