HP has introduced the OmniBook Ultra Flip, its first 2-in-1 next-gen AI PC aimed to cater young freelancers and creators in India. The device features a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) that can execute 48 trillion operations per second, enhancing productivity and creativity for users on the go.
Built on Intel’s Lunar Lake Processors, the OmniBook Ultra Flip offers performance for demanding tasks such as video editing and graphic design. It is equipped with a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display, allowing users to easily switch between laptop, tablet and tent modes. The device incorporates AI-driven enhancements that enhance video quality and extend battery life, offering up to 21 hours of use on a single charge.
In terms of security, the OmniBook Ultra Flip is supported by HP Wolf Security, offering protection against cyber threats. It also includes McAfee’s Smart AI Deepfake Detector to safeguard users from misinformation. The device features gesture controls for intuitive navigation and is optimised for collaboration with a 9 MP AI camera and high-quality audio.
HP fovused on its commitment to sustainability with the OmniBook Ultra Flip, which is constructed using 90 per cent recycled metals and 50 per cent post-consumer recycled plastics. It holds EPEAT Gold and ENERGY STAR certifications, reflecting its eco-friendly design.
The OmniBook Ultra Flip is currently available in India, starting at Rs 1,81,999, with colour options including Eclipse Grey and Atmospheric Blue. Customers purchasing the device will receive Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements at no additional cost until 31 October, 2024.
