Ambrane has introduced its first solar-powered power bank, the Solar 10k, designed with a 10,000mAh capacity and a four-fold solar panel system.
The Solar 10k power bank supports 22.5W fast charging and features foldable solar panels, designed to provide up to 8.5W of solar input under optimal conditions. In sunlight, the power bank takes up to five days to fully recharge. However, users can opt for faster charging through a 20W PD charger, reducing recharge time to about 3.5 hours.
The power bank is equipped with multi-layered chip protection to guard against overheating, overcharging and other common risks. With a capacity to charge multiple devices—including smartphones and tablets—up to two to three times, the Solar 10k also supports both USB-A and USB Type-C connections. Ambrane has included several emergency functions, such as SOS signalling and a flashlight, as well as a digital LED display.
The power bank is compact and portable, with a design intended for travel and outdoor use, specifically targeting hikers, mountaineers and individuals on extended trips. It is also flight-approved, allowing it to be carried during air travel. Ambrane is selling this product through a range of retail outlets across India, including Croma, Reliance Retail, Walmart and others.
Priced at Rs 2,799, the Solar 10k is now available on major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Flipkart, as well as on Ambrane's official website.
