He observed that several service providers are already providing facilities of such spaces but there was a lack of platforms where these could be found. Atul has 20 years of experience in real estate, investment properties, and property acquisition. His vast experience in the industry has given him a clear understanding of present trends and the changes the industry is going through. His vision behind creating CoFynd was to provide an unbiased and unified platform for listing workspaces to provide ease of browsing and ease of booking to the end-user.

He launched CoFynd in 2019 with coworking spaces in 3 Indian cities- Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. His platform provides a win-win situation to both service providers and ends users. While end-user gets the ease of searching and booking on fingertips, our space partners helped with branding, marketing, ease to be found, and sales generation.

As an outcome of Atul’s vision and strategic planning of creating a technologically advanced platform coupled with human support, the company has been able to achieve business growth and expansion even during the time of the pandemic. From 3 cities in 2019 to PAN India in 2021, CoFynd’s growth is exponential. During the pandemic, many businesses left the dedicated office spaces with huge rentals and additional cost of other amenities and opted for such plug and play office spaces available at many affordable costs in addition to complete working facilities and flexibility.
