Huawei’s sub brand Honor on Tuesday (5 December) launched its latest affordable smartphone Honor 7X in India. It comes in two RAM+ Storage configuration of 4GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB.
The major highlight of Honor 7X is its 18:9 FullView display and rear dual camera. Price in India of Honor 7X starts from Rs 12,999 for 32GB and Rs 15,999 for 64GB variant.
Honor 7X will go on sale in India from 7 December 12 pm onwards through Amazon. It is available in three colours- black, gold and blue.
Honor 7X runs on EMUI 5.1 which is based on Android 7.0 Nougat. It is powered by Huawei’s Kirin 659 octa-core processor coupled with 4GB RAM. It has 32GB/64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB through a hybrid dual-SIM configuration.
The metal body handset features a 5.93-inch FHD+ (2160x1080) FullView display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Honor 7X sports a 16-megapixel+2-megapixel dual rear camera with Portrait mode, PDAF and LED flash. On the front is an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The dual-SIM smartphone is backed by a 3340mAh battery. There’s is also a rear mounted fingerprint sensor which unlocks the device in 0.25 seconds. Connectivity options are – Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0, 4G VoLTE, 3.5mm audio-jack, and GPS.
Honor 7X will face competition with the likes of Xiaomi Mi A1, Lenovo K8 Note and Moto G5s Plus among others.
