Bengaluru-based residential home aggregator and management start-up, Zenify.in is aiming at 6000 properties to be listed on their platform by the end of this fiscal year (2016-17).
The company is looking at increasing its stronghold in Bengaluru and expanding its operations to other cities by the year end.
“We are off to a great start in 2016. Having 6000 properties on our platform will be a big milestone for us and we will achieve this well ahead of our expectations,” said Sudarshan Purohit, CEO & Co-founder, Zenify.in.
The starup bridges the gap between owners and tenants by providing an end to end solution to owners and tenants alike by automating the process of rental management, thereby cutting the broker charges.
The company has seen a tremendous growth over the last few quarters and are growing at 100 per cent year on year. Zenify aspire to manage properties worth Rs 1.5 lakh crore in the next five years.
“We will continue to add a minimum of 4000 properties every year. We’ve already automated the entire process, providing an end to end solution right from finding a tenant to maintenance” Sudarshan added.
The company is planning to cash on the 4 million unattended properties of NRIs lying vacant. Zenify plans to capture 2 per cent of the market share.
Over the last six months, Zenify has witnessed a surge in their bookings from within the country and abroad. Currently with a total team size of 140, the company plans to target 25000 flats in Banglaore by 2020 and to be present in the top 9 cities
