IT services and digital solutions provider Hexaware on Thursday reported about its collaboration with Microsoft, to propel technological advancement for businesses ready to embrace the AI future.
The partnership is focused on Hexaware's knowledge ecosystem solution ‘Tenjin’ which is to capitalise on the transformative capabilities of generative AI technology to construct dynamic, scalable and high-precision knowledge ecosystems, the company said.
It underlined Tenjin will address the constraints of conventional knowledge builders, equipping organisations with superior collaboration and knowledge dissemination capabilities.
The aim is to pave the way for informed decision-making and enhanced customer satisfaction, Hexaware emphasised.
The proprietary platform offers powerful features using Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. Its services include an intuitive UI and custom learning modules. It also facilitates seamless integration with partner ecosystems and customizable dashboards with actionable insights.
