Employee Health Benefits Directly Affect Engagement And Loyalty
The health of a country/business or employee is as much about mental health as it is about the physical well being. According to WHO, half of the world is lacking healthcare. The world needs healthier people to take it forward.
About the healthcare, it is the mental aspect that needs much attention, bridging the mental health gap at home and work. Workplace peace can bring calmness to the individual. There is a lot that employers are doing to help their employees maintain better health; a win-win situation for both.
