On the importance of AI and blockchain to the business: We have not explored blockchain in terms of QlickTrack. However, AI is something that is going to change the way people look at digital marketing. We are already working to have QlickTrack AI and machine learning enabled. We are planning to use AI in our existing platform.
On the possibility of shrinking jobs due to technology intervention in the sector: With the use of technology, we make things easier and faster to get better results. Technology can automate but it will eventually be dependent and limited to the human brain.
