Cyient has acquired 27.3 per cent stake in Azimuth AI, a fabless custom ASIC company recognised for its expertise in intelligent energy and power solutions.
The Hyderabad-headquartered company had announced the strategic expansion of its semiconductor business in July with the establishment of a fully owned subsidiary.
