RPN Singh, former Minister of State For Home says that it is BJP’s job to ensure the smooth functioning of Parliament and the Opposition cannot be held responsible for it. In an interview with BW | Businessworld's Chahat Jain, Singh stated Congress is supportive in passing important bills like the Insurance Bill but again the onus is on the government to get it passed. The former minister is hopeful that Congress will see a reversal of fate in the upcoming Punjab assembly elections.
