BW Hotelier’s Third F&B Conclave & Expo 2017 Begins
BW Hotelier organised its third Food & Beverage Conclave and Expo on 19th July 2017 at Andaz Aerocity, New Delhi. The conclave will be a day-long gathering of hospitality professionals and ancillary services, to discuss and debate issues around the F&B industry.
The gala event began with the enlightening of the lamp by Bhuvanesh Khanna, CEO, BW Communities, Bikramjit Ray, Executive Editor, BW Hotelier, Sourish Bhattacharya, Consulting Editor BW Hotelier and Heddo Siebs, General Manager, Andaz, Delhi.
Addressing the audience at the event, Khanna, said “The eye for detail this hotel (Andaz Aerocity) has is very good. When you enter the hotel you don’t offer your Andaz, you see their Andaz. The way they greet and welcome their guest is a treat.”
This year’s program is going to be different from the earlier version as it sees dedicated sessions which deal with things like the newly introduced Goods and Services Tax and the overall impact it will have on the F&B industry as a whole.
The Conclave, this year, focused on Meeting Challenges and Finding New Direction in F&B sector. The gala function will address some of the burning questions that the F&B industry has to deal with, ranging from the difficulties of operating the business to the challenges of keeping up with the latest global trends.
In 2016, the conclave has had considerable international participation with panellists attending sessions in person or via the web from the UK, UAE and France. With panellists from across India, a conclave is a great place for professionals to meet and exchange ideas.
