Rajasthan Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore on Saturday said that the BJP will register a victory in all 25 constituencies of Rajasthan in the Lok Sabha elections.
Speaking to ANI, Rajyavardhan Rathore said, "In 2014 and 2019, people gave all the 25 seats to PM Modi and in 2024 also it is sure that BJP will be winning all the 25 Lok Sabha seats in the Lok Sabha polls."
Rathore further claimed that Congress indulged in political appeasement to consolidate its vote bank.
"When the Britishers went away from India, their book of divide and rule was left behind in our country. They are following that by spreading lies. Congress indulged in political appeasement, they won't work. They are trying to get votes by diverting and scaring people," he further said.
Polling on all 25 Lok Sabha constituencies in Rajasthan has concluded.
Phase 2 of polling in Rajasthan was held in Tonk-Sawai Madhopur, Ajmer, Pali, Jodhpur, Barmer, Jalore, Udaipur, Banswara, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Kota and Jhalawar-Baran. The BJP won all 25 parliamentary seats in Rajasthan in the 2014 Lok Sabha election. However, in 2019, the BJP bagged 24 seats while the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) managed to secure the other remaining seat.
On 19 April, the first phase of the general election saw 12 constituencies going in to vote.
The BJP won all 25 parliamentary seats in Rajasthan in the 2014 Lok Sabha election. However, in 2019, the BJP bagged 24 seats while the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) managed to secure the other remaining seat.
The third phase of the seven-phase parliamentary elections will be held on 7 May and the final phase will be on 1 June.
The counting of votes will be done on 4 June. (ANI)
