Despite the widespread adoption, the survey also shed light on existing sentiments among respondents. Notably, 13 per cent identified anxiety as one of their top emotional responses to the increasing role of GenAI in their professional lives.
In response to these technological shifts, the survey indicated varying levels of preparedness among employees and organisational leaders. Approximately 53 per cent of frontline workers reported receiving training on how AI and GenAI will reshape their job roles, pointing to efforts to equip the workforce with necessary skills and knowledge.
