Dr Pawan Kumar Singh, Director, MDI Gurgaon focussed on the importance of blended learning and getting equipped using technology for the 'new normal'. On dealing with the disadvantages of the pandemic, he suggested the institutions to minimize the negative if they are unable to maximize the positive.
