Talking of reforms that could help india reach the growth level to that of China's, Rakesh Mohan, economist said that India will lag 2o years behind unless we have major reforms in health and education. "We have worst health and educational indices amongst our peers, we cannot grow at even 10% in the next 20 years till we fulfil the basic requirements of free education and health," said Mohan.
