Star & Disney India is now taking a winding route to take on the TRAI by drafting a report with recommendations for the amendment to the Copyright Act, 1957. This move came after losing a prolonged legal fight against the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India in the Madras High Court and the Supreme Court.
