Rupee from a purchasing power point of view is slightly over valued, it will impact in rupee depreciation not only because of US interest rate going up but also due to demonetization. In the next 3-6 months it will depreciate further and in the next 12-18 months there will be a re-correction in which it will depreciate as a normal course of 2.5 to 3 per cent.
