"In India, like in any other democracy lobbies exist. I guess they should exist perhaps. But when that lobby exercises the power of veto, which is what coaltions end up doing and this at this time when our growth story is such that we have to exercise difficult choices," said Swapan Dasgupta while speaking for the motion at Great India Debate.
