Manish Sisodia in conversation with Chahat Jain of BW Businessworld announced plans of providing more opportunities to city-based people in the education sector.
He also stressed upon the government’s need to change the perception that degrees only cannot get employability but honing skill sets from ITI, can generate employable youth as well.
He said the training given to students are obsolete in nature in accordance to today’s market demand, therefore we need to keep up the pace with changing requirements and technologies.
“Achieving 100% literacy in Delhi will take a long time,” said the minister.
