“All India Muslim Personal Law Board has itself called Triple Talak, a sin which cannot be condoned by Islam and hence cannot be a part of any religious law. This is nothing but an act of oppression. It has nothing to redeem in itself and is completely unacceptable from the society’s point of view”, said Khurshid.
He went on to term Modi as a successful politician, who has pitched very high ambitions for India. At the same time he talks about his failed statesmanship where the country is yet to see the results of the whole lot of promises made by him.
