We wish to partner with our customers and support them in their endeavor to stay fit and healthy. Our recently revamped product portfolio includes innovative and relevant 'Wellness' focused benefits. Benefits such as nutrition consultation, sports & fitness therapy are now part ofourWellness proposition.'
Do you have any products with an inbuilt proposition of wellness?Our Wellness program intends to motivate customers to lead a healthy lifestyle and offers specific wellness benefits. The wellness proposition is inbuilt in our health indemnity products - Complete Health Insurance and Health Booster.
Under our"Manage and Track Your health" and "Affinity to wellness" programs, there are certain activities which the customer can perform to earn wellness points. E.g. He/ she can earn wellness points by answering a set of online HRA questions related to personal lifestyle. 1000 additional wellness points are provided on complimentary health check-ups and many more. Further, our "Disease management Services" and "Medical Concierge Services" include dietician and nutritional counseling as per the health condition of the customer. Emergency assistance information on the nearest ambulance/ hospital / blood bank etc. is also included.
While selecting a health insurance policy, do consumers consider wellness?Wellness is at a nascent stage in India and very few insurance companies have started including a wellness proposition in their product range. At ICICI Lombard, we have seen an increasing trend towards purchase of policies with the introduction of our wellness program. We are highlighting these features so that customers can benefit from the same.
Can you share the insight behind the latest brand campaign?Our new campaign is aligned to our renewed philosophy to play a lead role in our customer's life even when they are healthy . Even as we have revamped our product portfolio to offer wellness benefits, we believed that it was important for us to communicate the same to our customers and prospects. The campaign focuses on this aspect of us as an insurer partnering with our customers in their questto stay fit and thereby fulfill their aspirations towards themselves andtheir loved ones.
