Vedanta Spark, a global corporate innovation, accelerator & ventures program initiated by Vedanta Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) and NASSCOM's Centre of Excellence (CoE) - IoT & AI.
The collaboration will look to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies and foster innovation-led growth in various sectors. The partnership will explore the application of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), and Augmented Reality (AR) / Virtual Reality (VR) across various verticals within the Vedanta Group.
By collaborating with the NASSCOM CoE, Vedanta Spark aims to optimise enterprise-level initiatives and processes. The CoE boasts an extensive network of innovative companies specializing in cloud infrastructure optimisation, UAV-based solutions, data-driven predictive approaches, and real-time solutions for specific enterprise concerns.
The MoU signing ceremony took place at the NASSCOM CoE event, attended by Amitesh Sinha, Head of Vedanta Spark, and Sanjeev Malhotra, CEO of MeitY-NASSCOM CoE, along with the NASSCOM CoE team from Bangalore. Both teams expressed their commitment to implementing an agenda that addresses current needs and working together on a roadmap for future technological advancements.
