In an opening remark session by Manish Kakkar, Deputy General Manager from Greenlam Industries Ltd. a presentation was made on the impact and expansion of various usages of wood by their company. He mentioned how Greenlam is beautifying spaces with wooden floors and doors in restaurants and hotels. Besides that, Greenlam in also involved in the interior decoration of restaurants, hotels, residences and retail. The session was held at BW Hotelier Indian Hospitality Awards & Summit at the Leela Ambience Gurugram.
Every product of the company is also certified by FSC and PEFC. The emission of VOC and other anti-bacterial ingredients is decreased during the making of wooden products by Greenlam. They have covered 12.2 Mn sq. m. of laminate work.
Recently the innovation brought by Misaka, a division of Greenlam released the first and only engineered wooden floors in India. They have also provided unique and glue-less solutions in their interior decoration, whereby providing service to more than 120000 door units.
