Tenon Group has announced the appointment of three new managing directors.
Siddharth Dahiya and Rakesh Tripathie are the new MDs of Mortice’s Peregrine Guarding division while Angad Rajain takes up the MD role at Tenon’s Facility Management subsidiary.
The new appointments which are effective immediately, come at a time of significant growth for Tenon Group which has expanded its geographical footprint through the strategically planned acquisitions of facility management company, Office & General Group in the UK and security services and products company Frontline Security in Singapore.
The company which is focused on national and international expansion says the new appointments will help develop growth opportunities as the company builds on the momentum achieved across all divisions to date.

Rajain, a management graduate from Yale University and who has work experience from Blackrock, brings with him wide industry knowledge and expertise.
“Our biggest assets are our employees. Through their hard work, passion and commitment to excellence, they help us differentiate ourselves in the market place and realize our aspirations.
“It’s a moment of pride to see the company grow and expand at such an exponential rate. But what is even more satisfying is to witness the growth of people within the organisation. That is what truly contributes to the evolution of the organisation. We are on the path of moving from transactional to transformational, and I am sure with these three young men at the helm of affairs, we will witness more consistent and accelerated growth within the company,” said Major Manjit Rajain, group chairman, Tenon Group.
The Group CEO, Brig Rajan Oberoi, added: "These new appointments are not only pivotal to the growth of the Group but also reflect the HR values and policies which emphasise employee growth as the key differentiator. The three new Managing Directors will be responsible for implementing operational improvement initiatives and best practices across the Peregrine Guarding and Tenon Facility Management businesses. We are delighted to appointment them in their new roles as we embark upon a dynamic new chapter of growth and expansion."
