The journey started in 2018, and in just a few short years, the two brothers- Ashu Gandhi and Vasu Gandhi, have created a service that has completely revolutionised the concept of traditional marketing.
The idea of Sparkupreach has seeded in 2014 itself, when Vasu Gandhi (while pursuing his MBA from SIBM-Pune, started a website development and social media marketing company- Domainocrats. But in 2015, he joined Pidilite as a Management Trainee, and that company was shelved. But then, in 2016, Ashu Gandhi, after completing his graduation, re-started the company in the same field but with a new strategy and a new spark- And that's how Sparkupreach was formed.
‘Influencer’ was a very new word back then, and platforms like Instagram and Snapchat were not at all popular. But as it's said, “Opportunity needs to be spotted at the right time”, And thats exactly what Ashu Gandhi did. He started spotting the small potential influencers and started managing their Instagram and YouTube accounts; at the same time, he started creating his own content on Instagram and became an Ed-Tech influencer himself.
He then went to IMT, Paris, for his MBA, but the main goal was to expand the company by onboarding international influencers into Sparkupreach, and that move really paid off as he not only got an MBA degree in International Business but also 10 influencers from USA, UK and France got onboarded with Sparkupreach.
Fast forwarding to 2022, Vasu Gandhi, who had become the National Category Manager at Pidilite Industries Limited, being one of the youngest Category Heads in the company, decided to quit his corporate company and enter the entrepreneurial world by joining Sparkupreach as Co-Founder.
Today, SparkUpReach manages over 500+ influencers and caters to over one billion audiences across platforms, serving more than 100 brands worldwide. The Sparkupreach team have successfully run campaigns with top brands, including Fanta, TVF, Upstox Gold, Snickers, Head & Shoulders, Maaza, Musclemania, My11Circle, Ropos, BigMuscleNutrition and BOAT to name a few.
And now a major shift is happening where Sparkupreach is not only catering to Influencer Marketing but to entire Digital Marketing solutions altogether.
