Samsung has launched their latest mid-range smartphone On7 Prime in India. Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime comes in two RAM+Storage configuration of 3GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB which are priced at Rs 12,990 and Rs 14,990, respectively.
The handset will go on sale from 20 January through Amazon; it will be available in gold and black colours. Launch offers include- 10 per cent cashback on HDFC debit and credit card, 20 per cent discount if you purchase the handset using Amazon Pay, and Rs 2,000 cashback for Jio Money users.
The new handset runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and powered by a 1.6GHz Octa-core Exynos 7870 processor coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM. It has 32GB/64GB storage which is expandable up to 256GB in both the variants through a MicroSD card.
The metal body Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime features a 5.5-inch FHD (1920x1080) PLS TFT display. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. On the front is also a 13-megapixel selfie camera.
The dual-SIM smartphone is backed by a 3,300mAh battery which Samsung claims can give up to 21 hours of talktime. There is also a front mounted fingerprint sensor with which you can unlock the device.
The handset comes with Samsung Pay mini and Samsung mall visual search feature with which you can find products across shopping sites by clicking picture of it.
Connectivity options are- Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, 4G VoLTE, USB 2.0, 3.5mm audio-jack, and GPS. The smartphone measures 151.7 x 75.0 x 8.0mm and weighs 170 grams.
