AI Cloud leverages Salesforce technologies such as Einstein, Data Cloud, Tableau, Flow, and MuleSoft. The latest offering from Salesforce comes with a range of benefits across various teams within an enterprise. Sales representatives can now quickly generate personalised emails tailored to individual customer needs. Service teams can automate personalised chat replies and case summaries.
Meanwhile, marketers can create engaging, personalised content across multiple platforms. Commerce teams can deliver customised commerce experiences through auto-generated insights and recommendations. Developers can rely on AI Cloud to auto-generate code, predict bugs, and suggest fixes.
One significant challenge that AI Cloud addresses is the issue of trust in generative AI. Salesforce's research shows that employees have concerns about risks associated with generative AI, including security, privacy, bias, and data governance. To build trust, Salesforce introduces the Einstein GPT Trust Layer, which ensures that sensitive customer data is not retained by large-language models (LLMs). This separation is expected to allow customers to maintain data governance while leveraging the benefits of generative AI.

It comes with essential components such as Data Cloud, MuleSoft automation, Einstein, Tableau Analytics, Slack, CRM, and a free AI-readiness assessment from Salesforce Professional Services.
