Pricol, a leading automotive technology and precision engineering company, has announced robust financial results for the second quarter (Q2) and half-year (H1) of FY25, showing significant growth amid mixed market conditions. The company reported a 39.23 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) for H1 FY25, reaching Rs 906.31 million, supported by solid revenue and operating margins.
For Q2 FY25, Pricol achieved revenue from operations of Rs 6,500.78 million, reflecting a YoY growth of 15.54 per cent. EBITDA stood at Rs 871.24 million, with a margin of 13.40 per cent, marking a 24.70 per cent YoY increase. The PAT for the quarter reached Rs 450.70 million, a 35.94 per cent rise compared to the same period last year. Over the half-year period, Pricol saw revenue from operations reach Rs 12,529.87 million, a 15.51 per cent YoY increase, with EBITDA up 23.03 per cent YoY, maintaining a margin of 13.39 per cent.
During Q2, Pricol was awarded the “Sustainability Excellence” accolade by Tata Motors at its Annual Supplier Conference 2024, highlighting the company’s dedication to sustainable practices. Pricol also achieved the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for Information Security Management Systems and received certification from the Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX), underscoring its commitment to data security.
Managing Director Vikram Mohan highlighted the company’s resilience amid fluctuating market conditions, emphasising that Pricol’s focus on operational excellence and customer-driven innovation is yielding results, especially in the two-wheeler segment.
