NBCC Q1 Net Profit Rises 38% To Rs 107 Crore

State-owned NBCC Ltd reported a robust 38 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 107.19 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal year. This marks a significant improvement from the Rs 77.41 crore net profit recorded in the same quarter last year.
The company’s total income also saw a rise, amounting to Rs 2,197.83 crore for the April-June quarter, compared to Rs 1,974.03 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. The strong financial performance was detailed in a regulatory filing released on Tuesday.
NBCC, which operates in project management consultancy and the real estate sector, has shown resilience and growth in the face of ongoing market challenges. The company's substantial increase in both net profit and total income underscores its successful execution of projects and strategic business initiatives.
