Zuckerberg specifically highlighted the inclusion of AI "agents" in WhatsApp and Messenger, a concept he had previously discussed. While these features may debut in the aforementioned platforms, an app researcher named Alessandro Paluzzi stumbled upon an early version of an AI chatbot within the Instagram app. Screenshots shared by Paluzzi revealed that users might have the option to choose from up to 30 different "personalities" for the chatbot.
Moreover, Meta is reportedly developing generative AI photo editing for Instagram. This upcoming feature would enable users to modify their photos by leveraging text prompts and seamlessly share the edited images to their Stories.
During Meta's most recent earnings call, Zuckerberg also hinted at post creation tools for Facebook, encompassing both regular users and advertisers. The exact timeline for the release of these features remains uncertain, but Zuckerberg expressed eagerness to see them implemented sooner rather than later.
